# Your First Month of Content
### A fill-in planner for Realtors using Claude

This is the worksheet version of Guide 2 at loftymasterclass.com/loftyclaude/guide-2.

You already built your agent config file in Guide 1. This planner is what you build on
top of it: four weeks of content, mapped piece by piece, so every post has a job, an
audience, and a next step.

Work through it in order. Fill in the blanks before you generate anything.

## Before you start

Have these two things open:

1. **Your agent config file** — the markdown file you built in Guide 1
2. **Your website URL list** — every page on your site you want Claude linking to

If either one is missing, stop here and finish it. A content plan generated from a thin
config produces thin content, and you will spend the month rewriting instead of publishing.

## Part 1 — Your content pillars

Your pillars come out of three sections of your config file: your market, your ideal
clients, and your services. Aim for five to eight. Fewer than five and you repeat
yourself by week six. More than eight and none of them build any authority.

## Part 2 — Your URL list

Every Lofty site ships with a standard set of pages. Claude cannot guess your URLs, so
write them out once and keep them here. Note that the listings page is singular:
`/listing`, with no s.

## Part 3 — The four-week plan

One row per piece. Fill in every column before you ask Claude to write anything. The
last two columns are the ones agents skip, and they are the two that make the piece
worth publishing.

**Type** — blog post, community guide, FAQ, social caption, email, video outline
**Who it serves** — name the person from your ideal-client section, not "buyers"
**CTA** — the one action you want at the end: book a call, request a valuation, download the guide
**Draws from** — which section of your config file this piece is grounded in

Keep these separate from the calendar. They are your standing well of topics, and when a
week goes sideways you pull from here instead of staring at a blank page.

## Part 5 — The rotation grid

This is the piece that keeps week nine from restating week two. Across the top, your
categories. Down the side, the topics. Claude fills the cells and rotates them so no
combination repeats across the run.

## Part 6 — Weeks 5 through 12

The class taught a twelve-week horizon. Weeks one through four are what you build here.
Once week four is published, come back and fill the rest from the same pillar list and
the same rotation grid.

STEP 1 — PILLARS
Based on my market, my ideal clients, and my services, identify 5 to 8 content pillars I should focus on for my real estate website, blog, and social media. For each pillar, tell me which part of my config file it comes from and why it earns attention in my market.

STEP 2 — TWELVE-WEEK PLAN
Create a starter content plan covering 12 weeks. For every piece, give me: the type (blog post, community guide, FAQ, social caption, email, video outline), a working title, which pillar it belongs to, which specific ideal client it serves, the single call to action it should end on, which section of my config file it draws from, and which of my URLs it should link to.

STEP 3 — BUYER AND SELLER LISTS
Create a buyer topics list and a seller topics list as two separate deliverables. These are standing topic wells I can pull from, held apart from the calendar itself.

STEP 4 — ROTATION GRID
Build me a spreadsheet with a grid: five topics across five categories covering five different FAQs, rotated so that no combination is covered twice across the twelve weeks. This is what stops week nine from restating week two.

STEP 5 — LOCAL CONTENT MAP
Based on my target market, suggest community guide topics. Include living-in guides, moving-to guides, and what-to-do-when-you-live-here guides. Cover recurring local events and the things each community is known for. Do not invent an event, a statistic, or a local detail. If you are unsure, ask me and I will confirm it.

STEP 6 — THE FIRST FOUR WEEKS
Take weeks one through four and expand them. For each piece give me the working title, a one-paragraph angle, the three questions the piece must answer, the CTA, and the internal links it should carry.

Rules for all six steps:
- Ground everything in my config file. Do not invent market statistics, school rankings, neighbourhood claims, or local events.
- Follow Fair Housing principles. Flag any phrase that could be read as steering or as tied to a protected class before you include it.
- Write in my voice as described in my config file.
- Every piece needs one call to action, and only one.

## Part 7 — Your master template

The first time you take a piece from Claude and paste it into your website editor,
you will hit formatting quirks. Fix them once, then tell Claude to remember them:

## Before anything gets published

Read every piece yourself before it reaches a real person. If you would not read it,
do not send it.

Check each piece for:

- [ ] Facts you can verify. No invented statistics, no invented local details.
- [ ] Fair Housing. No steering language, no protected-class references.
- [ ] Your voice. Would a client who has met you recognise this as yours?
- [ ] One clear CTA, and the link behind it works.
- [ ] The internal links point at pages that exist.
