Section 1
A Claude Project is a dedicated workspace inside Claude.ai that stays organized around a specific purpose. Instead of starting a new conversation from scratch every time, a Project lets you store a description, a set of instructions, and supporting files so Claude understands your business every time you start a new chat.
For Realtors, this means Claude can know your market, your audience, your tone, and your content goals before you type a single prompt.
The key idea
A Claude Project is how you brief Claude like a professional. The better your setup, the better your output — on the very first try.
Section 2
Go to Claude.ai and sign in. A free or paid account works. Claude Pro is recommended for ongoing content work.
Click Projects in the left sidebar, then New Project. Name it something like: My Real Estate Content Project.
Write a short project description — a one-paragraph overview of who you are, what market you serve, and what tone Claude should follow.
Add your project instructions and upload your config file. The config file is a simple document you create once — it becomes Claude's reference point for everything about your business.
Section 3
Your agent config file is a simple document that tells Claude everything it needs to know about your business. Fill out each section below to build yours.

Tip: Save your config file as a .md or .txt file and upload it directly to your Claude Project. Update it any time your business or goals change.
Your Agent Config File tells Claude about your business. Your Agent Brief tells Claude how to think and write when working with you. Use both together in your Claude Project for the best results.

Section 4
Project instructions are added directly in your Project settings. They tell Claude what this project is for and how to handle every request. Below is a starter template you can copy and paste directly into your Claude Project.
This project is for helping me create real estate content for my business. Use my agent configuration file as the main source of truth for my market, audience, tone, services, and content priorities. When creating content: - Write in a clear, helpful, professional, and human tone - Prioritize useful content over generic marketing language - Keep the writing relevant to my local market and ideal clients - Focus on education, clarity, and building trust - Avoid sounding robotic, exaggerated, or full of clichés - Match the tone and style described in my config file - Tailor content to my target audience and geographic area - Do not make up facts about neighborhoods, schools, or market conditions — ask me to confirm local details when needed - Always follow Fair Housing principles — never describe neighborhoods using language tied to protected classes, avoid any steering language, and flag any phrase that could be interpreted as discriminatory before including it - Ask clarifying questions only when necessary
A note on Fair Housing compliance
Claude can help you create content efficiently, but you are always the responsible party before anything is published. Review every piece of AI-generated content for Fair Housing compliance before it goes live. Be especially careful with neighborhood descriptions, lifestyle language, and any phrasing that could reference protected classes.
Section 5
Copy any of these prompts into your Claude Project to get started right away.
"Help me create a Realtor agent configuration file for a Claude Project. Ask me the questions one section at a time so I can build a strong profile for content creation, website copy, blog posts, FAQs, and social media."
"Using my answers, create a clean and well-organized Realtor agent configuration file in markdown format. Make it easy to reuse inside a Claude Project."
"Based on my agent configuration file, write a short Claude Project description explaining who I am, what market I serve, what type of content I want help creating, and what tone and style should be followed."
"Based on my agent configuration file, create a simple set of project instructions for Claude so it can help me write content for my real estate business. Keep the instructions practical, clear, and beginner-friendly."
"Based on my market, ideal clients, services, and specialties, help me identify 5 to 8 content pillars I should focus on for my real estate website, blog, and social media."
"Using my agent configuration file, create a starter content plan with blog post ideas, FAQ topics, social media topics, and website page suggestions tailored to my market and audience."
"Based on my business and audience, create a list of common buyer and seller questions I should answer through blog content, FAQ pages, and social posts."
"Based on my target market, suggest community guide topics, neighborhood spotlights, relocation topics, local lifestyle content, and real estate questions that would make sense for my business."
