Lofty Master Class is operated by Most Referred Expert Community (1230003 BC Ltd), based in British Columbia, Canada. This page explains in plain English what we collect, why, and how to reach us about it.

What we collect

When you fill in a form on this site — a question for the Wednesday AMA, a Saturday workshop topic, an audit request, a website-build inquiry, or a guide waitlist — we collect what you provide: name, email, brokerage, market, the questions or topics you submit, and any links you share. We use that information to reply to you, follow up about live sessions and recordings, and provide the services you ask for.

Messages you send to the Rex chat assistant on this site are sent to an AI model through our hosting provider's AI gateway so it can generate a response. Treat the chat like an open conversation: please don't share sensitive personal information there.

If you book a call, scheduling and meeting details are handled through Calendly. We also collect basic usage analytics about how visitors move through the site.

Analytics and session recording

We use Microsoft Clarity and Clicky for analytics. Our hosting platform (Lovable) also records a sample of visitor sessions for product analytics. These tools can capture page interactions, mouse movement, scrolling, and text you type into non-password fields. We use this to understand what is and isn't working on the site, not to identify individual visitors.

Where your data lives

Form submissions and account data are stored in Supabase (our database and authentication provider). Some forms also route through Google Apps Script and Google Sheets for our internal review. Live sessions run on Zoom, and our community discussions live on community.mostreferred.expert. Each of those services has its own privacy practices.

What we don't do

We do not sell your personal information. We keep the data you give us only as long as we need it for the purposes above — to respond to you, run the live sessions, and provide the services you've asked for.

Your rights

If you're in Canada (under PIPEDA) or California (under CCPA), you can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. The fastest way to reach us is through the community platform at community.mostreferred.expert or by booking a call through this site.

Changes

If we update this policy, we'll change the effective date at the top of the page.
