Chime CRM Is Now Lofty: What Changed and What Didn't

First, a quick sorting-out, because two companies picked the same name. Chime the banking app is a separate, unrelated company. This page covers Chime the real estate CRM and website platform, the one you logged into, paid for, or heard recommended in your office. That Chime is now called Lofty.

    What happened to Chime CRM?

Chime Technologies, the real estate CRM and website platform, rebranded as Lofty, Inc. on November 7, 2023. The company, the software, and existing customer accounts all carried over. If you used Chime, you use Lofty today. It was a name change, not a platform change.

The announcement came with a new logo and what the company itself called minor color changes. Everything you knew about the product still applies. Every guide on this site refers to the platform as Lofty, and every Chime tutorial you saved still describes the same screens.

Is Chime CRM the same product as Lofty?

Yes. Lofty's own transition page told customers that all features, and the locations of those features, would remain the same, and that API keys and connected integrations would carry over untouched. Your CRM, your website, your lead routing, your smart plans: the same product under a new name.

If you are comparing tools and a review mentions “Chime” while another mentions “Lofty,” you can read them as reviews of the same platform, dated before and after November 2023.

Does my old Chime login still work?

Yes. Lofty stated that usernames and passwords would not change with the rebrand. The old chime.me address still returns a 301 redirect straight to lofty.com; I checked it again this week. Old bookmarks and old training links land where they were pointed.

Update your bookmark to lofty.com anyway. Redirects don't live forever. The support email moved to support@lofty.com, and the phone number carried over from the Chime days: 855-981-7557.

What does Chime CRM cost now?

There is no separate Chime pricing anymore; Chime plans became Lofty plans. At the rebrand, Lofty told existing customers their pricing would stay the same. For current plan-by-plan numbers under the Lofty name, see our Lofty CRM pricing breakdown.

If you were searching “chime crm pricing” or “chime crm cost” because you're shopping, that pricing page is the one to read. And if you decide to sign up, my partner link is loftygal.com.

Where can I learn Lofty free?

This site exists for exactly that. I run live free training sessions every Wednesday and Saturday, and you can grab a seat on the schedule page. More than 2,000 agents are in the Lofty Master Class community as of August 2026, working the same platform you are.

Start with the Lofty CRM hub for the full guide library. When you're ready to put the platform to work on your own market, the Area Authority Method shows how we use Lofty pages to become the known name in a farm area. Always happy to help.

    Chime CRM FAQ

Is Chime CRM related to Chime the banking app?

No. They are two different companies that shared a name. The real estate Chime renamed itself Lofty in November 2023, and the banking Chime kept its name. If your search results mix bank pages with CRM pages, Lofty is the real estate one.

Do old chime.me links still work?

Yes. As of August 2026, chime.me returns a 301 redirect to lofty.com, so old bookmarks, saved training links, and login shortcuts land on the Lofty equivalents. Update saved links to lofty.com when you get a minute.

Did pricing change when Chime became Lofty?

Lofty told its customers at the rebrand that their pricing would stay the same. Current plan pricing under the Lofty name is laid out on our Lofty CRM pricing page.

Who do I contact for Chime CRM support now?

Lofty support. Email support@lofty.com; the phone number, 855-981-7557, is the same one Chime used before the rebrand. Your account, API key, and integrations carried over, so support can see the same account history you had under Chime.
