Lofty CRM Pricing: What It Costs and What Drives Your Quote

Lofty CRM pricing is quoted, not posted. Lofty's own pricing page lists four packages, Lofty Agent, Lofty Team, Lofty Broker, and Lofty Enterprise, and every one of them carries a “Request Pricing” button instead of a number. Nobody can hand you an exact Lofty price without talking to Lofty, and anyone who claims otherwise is guessing. What I can give you is the range third parties report, what moves your quote up or down, and two doors worth checking before you accept a retail quote.

I teach Lofty CRM to a community of 2,000+ agents, and pricing is one of the first questions in almost every conversation. Here is what the research shows in 2026.

How Much Is Lofty CRM Per Month?

Lofty does not publish prices. You request a quote by package, and the number comes back based on your seat count and add-ons. Third-party reviews in 2026 report team packages starting around $449 per month, with mid and top tiers reported near $700 and $1,500. If your brokerage partners with Lofty, ask for its rate first.

Treat those numbers as reference points from reviewers, because Lofty itself confirms only that the price varies by package, seat count, optional upgrades, and lead-gen programs. Quotes change, and yours will reflect your team size and what you bolt on.

    How Does Lofty Pricing Work?

Lofty prices by package first and seats second. A package covers a base number of users, and extra seats are billed on top. One 2026 review reports roughly $15 per extra user on the entry plan, $25 on the mid tier, and $12 on enterprise. The per-seat math is why larger teams tend to come out ahead on Lofty compared with CRMs that charge a flat rate per head.

Lofty was formerly Chime, so if you find an older Chime price sheet floating around a Facebook group, it predates the rebrand and the current packaging.

    What Drives Your Lofty Quote?

    Four things move the number:

    Team size.

More seats past your package's included count means more per month.

    Paid lead generation.

Lofty's ad management is billed separately from the platform. One 2026 breakdown reports a 20% management fee on buyer, seller, and retargeting ad spend, a $150 per month flat fee on budgets under $750, and 15% on certain branding ads.

    AI add-ons.

The AI Sales Agent is reported at $60 per month for 200 leads, with extra coverage at $30 per month per 100 leads.

    IDX and website scope.

The website and IDX layer is part of what your package tier determines, and it is one of the levers a sales rep will size to your market.

Ask for every line item in writing before you sign. The base subscription and the all-in monthly cost can be very different numbers once ads and AI are in the cart.

Does Your Brokerage Already Cover Lofty?

Some brokerages have partner deals with Lofty. Real is the best-known example: Real's agent support portal carries a “Real Partners: Lofty” article for its members. The article itself sits behind an agent login, so I will not quote a member rate here. If you hang your license at Real or another large brokerage, one email to your broker will tell you whether a partner rate exists before you sit through a retail quote call. Check that door first. It costs nothing to ask.

Requesting a Quote Through a Partner Link

If a brokerage bundle is off the table, there is a second door. I have a partner relationship with Lofty, and agents in my community request their quotes through my Lofty link so the conversation starts with the context that they came from a training community rather than a cold demo form. That is an affiliate link, and I may earn a commission if you sign up through it, at no extra cost to you. Start Lofty through our link and you get three things on top of the CRM: our Company Smart Plans, a one on one coaching and onboarding call, and lifetime access to the Lofty Mastery Group, the Saturday workshop archive that is normally $21.34 a month. I recommend Lofty because I teach it every week.

The Cost Question That Matters More

Whatever your quote lands at, the monthly fee is the smaller question. The bigger one: will you work the system daily? A $449 platform you log into every morning pays for itself. A cheap one you ignore is money lit on fire. The return comes from the follow-up you send, the area authority pages you publish, and the pipeline you touch every day, and that part no plan tier can buy for you.

    Lofty CRM Pricing FAQ

How much is Lofty per month?

Lofty quotes each account individually, so there is no posted monthly price. Third-party reviews in 2026 report packages starting around $449 per month and reaching about $1,500 per month at the enterprise tier, with extra seats billed on top. If your brokerage has a Lofty partnership, Real among them, ask your broker for the member rate before requesting a retail quote.

Is there a free trial of Lofty?

No. Lofty does not offer a free trial. Reviewers list this among the platform's drawbacks, and the path in is a one-on-one demo with a Lofty rep. If you want to see the platform working before you commit, the live classes on my schedule walk through real Lofty accounts every week.

    What does Lofty setup cost?

Reviewers report a one-time setup fee that varies by plan and by source: one 2026 review lists $500 for the entry plan, $1,000 for the mid tier, and $2,000 for enterprise, while another reports a $299 to $1,499 range. Confirm the exact fee on your own quote before you sign.

Can I get a discount on Lofty?

Two doors. First, ask your brokerage whether it has a Lofty partnership; Real, for example, publishes a Lofty partner article in its agent support portal. Second, request your quote through my partner link and mention you came from the Lofty Master Class community. That is an affiliate link and I may earn a commission, at no extra cost to you.
